HOW ARE YOUR BAGS PACKAGED?

All our bags are delivered in our signature blue dust-bag and are presented in a beautiful blue gift-box.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept:

  • Visa (credit and debit cards)
  • MasterCard (credit and debit cards)
  • American Express

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We offer complimentary shipping and endeavour to ship to most countries around the world.  All orders are dispatched by DHL from London, UK and you will be sent a tracking number as soon as the item is dispatched.

Subject to availability, delivery can be expected between 2 and 5 working days after date of purchase.

Please note you may be liable for import duties if purchasing goods from outside the EU.  Please check with your local import duty authorities for details.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Except for the products that are special bespoke orders, you will be entitled to cancel your order by written notice by email to cs@ennigaldi.co.uk giving details of the goods ordered.

Please note that you must notify us within 12 hours of payment. Please note that you cannot cancel special bespoke orders once they have been confirmed. Please be aware a handling charge of £15 may be applicable for cancelled orders where handling, postage and packaging has ensued.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If you would like to return your purchase we are able to issue a refund or exchange up to 7 days after the date of receipt of goods, provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition.  Please note, the fulfilment of exchange requests will be subject to availability.

  The item must be sent in the same condition it was sold, and in the original packaging complete with proof of purchase and tags still intact. Ennigaldi reserves the right to refuse a return request if the returned item has been worn or damaged and does not pass our quality control inspection.

The package must be labelled Ennigaldi Returns. We recommend insuring the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges, as well as sending the item by recorded delivery to track its progress. However Ennigaldi Limited cannot reimburse your shipping costs and will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. You will be notified by email once your exchange has been cleared, and your new item will be delivered to you free of charge.
